:
1.) Select TERMINAL CONFIGURATION from the
MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS menu.
2.) Select SET TERMINAL PARAMETERS.
3.) Select TELEPHONE.
4.) Select the MODEM SETUP option.
5.) Select MODEM SETUP STRING.

:
If special circumstances require a nonstandard modem configuration, a Hayes-compatible setup
string can be sent to the modem when it is initialized.
