:

1.) Select DIAGNOSTICS from the MANAGE-

MENT FUNCTIONS screen.

2.) Select the REPRINT option.

D

ESCRIPTION

:

The reprint function allows you to reprint a transaction that was not printed correctly the first time.
If the printer runs out of paper or jams, the terminal may not sense it and try to print a receipt. If
this happens on a withdrawal, the customer will not be able to receive his cash without the receipt.

The REPRINT function requires the card to be read in again to identify the transaction to be re-
printed. Have the customer insert and then remove they’re card when prompted by the appropriate
screen message. The terminal will find the most recent withdrawal transactions done by the that
card, and reprint it. If the cashier pad is being used, the transaction must be unredeemed to be
reprinted.

A reprinted receipt will have REPRINT*REPRINT*REPRINT printed in red across the middle of
the receipt.

there is nothing to reprint.

If the cashier pad is being used, only UNREDEEMED transactions can be reprinted.
