Description Sets or returns the IR LO SET resistance value in
MΩ (GPT-98XX) or GΩ. The LO SET value must be
less than the HI SET value. The test must first be
in IR mode before this command can be used.

Return parameter <NR1> GPT-98XX only:
1 ~ 9999 (unit = MΩ)
GPT-99XX/GPT-99XXA only:
Format A: 0.001 ~ 50.00 (unit = GΩ)
Format B: 0.001G ~ 50.00G
Format C: 1M ~ 50000M
