Setting the Time Constant

When there is rapid change in the measurement data, the readings

may become difficult to read. In such case, the speed of updating

the readings can be reduced by changing the time constant setting.

Time Constant determines the time span of the moving average.

When a larger (longer) time constant is selected, the readings will
be rather stable, and when a smaller (shorter) time constant is

selected, the readings will be more responsive and sensitive to the

change.

The time constant can be selected from 1, 5, 10 or 20 seconds.
