The procedure should always be completed until the locking positions are reached, which can be heard
with a slight click during rotation. Unlocking the visor from the stationary position only requires light
pressure in the initial phase of movement, until the stationary position in direction (X & Y) is unlocked,
for both opening and closing.

While riding the motorcycle the visor must always be blocked in locking position (final or intermediate).

Dismantling - see figures 6
Lower (see fig. 6) the visor in direction (X) until a fully open position is reached, using the special grip
point (A).
Once a fully open position has been reached, dismantling requires the limit lock to be exceeded (B) by
exerting a certain amount of force in direction (X), until it is rotated beyond the locking point itself.
This can be seen with the upper edge of the visor exceeding the upper edge of the helmet.
Once rotated beyond the locking point (see fig. 6bis), apply a force (Y) to both sides until the latch (C)
is completely disengaged from the mechanism (D), and the visor is removed.

Assembly - see figures 7
To assure the proper operation of the rotation system of the visor, before fitting the visor back on, verify
that all the parts (pins and seats on helmet, fastening rings and relating accessories, visor surface
in contact with the moving parts) are perfectly clean.
Position the visor such that the lug (A) is inserted in the conical groove on the mechanism integrated
within the polystyrene (C). Then exert light pressure in direction (Y) until it is fully attached to the
mechanism (B). Correct insertion can be identified with a click.
Repeat the procedure on the other side.
Once both lugs are secured in the respective mechanisms rotate the visor (see fig. 7bis) in direction (Y)
to exceed the light force determined by the limit teeth (D), until full insertion is achieved.

After fitting the mechanism verify that the visor is tightly fixed to the helmet, that it rotates freely and that
it locks correctly in the locking positions.
If this doesn’t happen and the rotation mechanism of the visor doesn’t work correctly, do not use the
helmet.
