For the instances 110 / 111 the transferred data length may be truncated in the PLC. The missing
bytes are also deducted from the end of the protocol

• A frequency inverter with 3 setpoints + Bus I/O:

Length: 10 Bytes

• A frequency inverter with 5 setpoints + Bus I/O:

Length: 14 Bytes

• Two frequency inverters with 5 setpoints + Bus I/O:

Length: 26 Bytes

Digital IOs (only SK TU4-EIP)

The SK TU4-EIP is equipped with 8 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs. Both can be accessed via the
Assembly Instance 110 and 111.

Inputs (status value)

A 16 bit word is transferred. The 8 inputs are located in the Low byte and the High byte on Bit 15
contains the "Valid Flag" for the inputs. The transferred inputs are only valid if this flag is set to 1.

Outputs (Setpoint)

The SK TU4-EIP is provided with 2 digital 24V outputs. The outputs can be set with a 16 bit word.

4.3 Parameter Transfer (Explicit Messages)

All parameters of the bus module and the
connected frequency inverter can be accessed
via EtherNet/IP™. For this, parameter data are
exchanged between the Master and the bus
module (SK xUx-EIP) via an Explicit Messaging
Connection.

The frequency inverters which are connected to
the bus module are accessed via various
classes.
