SDLT bar code labels

SDLT cartridges have a front slide slot located on the face of the cartridge next to the write-protect switch

(see

Figure 24

). Inserting the bar code label by sliding it into the slot.

CAUTION:

Do not apply labels to the top, bottom, sides, or back of the cartridge as this may cause damage to the

tape drive, or interfere with reliable operation.
