SOLENOIDS AND FUEL RAIL ADAPTER:
1. Install the supplied 1/8npt to 6AN filter fitting into the “IN” port of the nitrous solenoid. Install the
1/8npt to 4an, non-filtered, fitting into the “OUT” port on the nitrous solenoid. Install the 1/8npt pipe plug
in the “purge” port of the nitrous solenoid.
2. Install the supplied 1/8npt to 4AN non-filtered fitting into the “IN” port of the fuel solenoid. Install the
1/8npt to 3an fitting into the “OUT” port on the fuel solenoid. Install the 1/8npt pipe plug in the “Bypass”
port of the nitrous solenoid.
3. Connect the braided lines previously installed on the plate to the outlet fittings on the solenoids. Mount
the solenoids in a suitable location using the supplied solenoid mounting brackets and solenoid screws.
4. Install the supplied Fuel Rail Adapter on the driver’s side fuel rail. The Fuel Rail Adapter has two
1/8npt holes. Install the 1/8x4AN 90 degree Fitting in one, and the 1/8npt hex plug in the other. NX
Thread Sealer must be used on the pipe threads. DO NOT USE ON FLARE SIDE of fitting. Connect the
4AN red line between the fuel rail adapter and the inlet port of the fuel solenoid. WARNING: THE FUEL
RAIL AND/OR FUEL LINES ARE UNDER HIGH PRESSURE. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN
DISCONNECTING ANY FUEL LINE. QUICKLY COLLECT AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ANY
EXCESS FUEL SPILLAGE.
5. Connect the nitrous feed line to the inlet port of the nitrous solenoid.
