9.7.3 Modifications to the lookup chart
to define alias keys

It is possible to have several keys that all perform the
same commands (e.g. the shift keys). If a series of
alias keys are pressed together at the same time, the
pressed key event (

[K+xx]) is only transmitted the

first time it is pressed; the released key event (

[K-

xx]) is only transmitted when all the keys with the

same alias have also been released.
Example: The 5 bottom keys on the keyboard act as if
they are the same key.
