My CLIÉ handheld does not display the correct date when
I tap the Today button
B The date setting of your CLIÉ handheld is not correct.
Check that the settings (time, time zone, daylight saving time) in the Date
& Time Preferences screen are correct.

I cannot find the data I created when opening it in the
application
B Check that you select All in the category list in the top right-hand corner
of the screen.
B Check that Show Records is selected in the Security screen.
B Tap Show in “To Do” and check that you select the Show Only Due
Items check box.
I cannot re-order memos in a list
B If you cannot manually arrange the order of the memos in the Memo Pad
list screen, select Preferences from the Options menu. Then check that
Manual is selected for the Sort by field.
B The settings of the display order in the Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ software
cannot be synchronized.
Even if memos are arranged alphabetically in the Palm™ Desktop for
CLIÉ software, the notepad on your CLIÉ handheld automatically
re-orders the synchronized memos in accordance with the
Memo
Preferences setting.
