Certified Important Note: The GroupSTATION (Vaddio STATION) must be selected as both the
Playback (speaker) and Record (microphone) device within Windows or Soft Client for proper
Hands-free audio operations.

Selecting GroupSTATION as PC Camera
The GroupSTATION emulates an USB Web Camera to the PC. VaddioSTATION (below) must be selected as the
source with any software application. Once the GroupSTATION is connected to the PC via USB, it will be
depicted as a camera within the device page within Windows. Alternatively, it will show up as an available
source, UVC camera, to any of the soft clients (Lync, WebEx, Skype, etc…).

Extending PC Display to Room’s Display
The local PC’s display can be extended to the room’s large format display by plugging into either the HDMI or
RGBHV (VGA) port on the MicPOD Dock. This is equivalent to connecting to a room projector to share the PC’s
display to the room. Anything on the local PC display can be emulated to the room’s display.
