- Reinstall lower air box
and 90 deg elbow. Slide
elbow over aluminum
air tube. Apply extra
sealant around outer
edge of the elbow and
air tube. Slide 3” clamp
over elbow but do not
tighten at this time.

- Apply sealant to the
inside of two lower rubber
grommets as shown. Make
sure sealant completely
fills the two holes.

- Apply extra sealant to top
of grommets.

- Apply sealant to
corresponding holes on
the underside of inner
fender mounting plate.

- Insert (2) M8 x 35 bolts
with (2) M8 flat washers
through lower air box
mounting holes and
rubber grommets.
Apply a small amount
of sealant to washers.

- Install (2) M8 nuts and (2)
M8 flat washers to the
underside of inner fender
mounting plate. Add
sealant if needed to insure
a water tight seal.
