WARRANTY
Graymills Corporation warrants that the equipment manu-
factured and delivered, when properly installed and main-
tained, shall be free from defects in workmanship and will
function as quoted in the published specification.
Graymills does not warrant process performance, nor
assume any liability for equipment selection, adaptation, or
installation.
Warranty does not apply to damages or defects caused by
shipping, operator carelessness, misuse, improper applica-
tion or installation, abnormal use, use of add-on parts or
equipment which damages or impairs the proper function
of the unit, and modifications made to the unit. Warranty
does not apply to expendable parts needing replacement
periodically due to normal wear and tear.
A new Warranty period shall not be established for repaired
or replaced materials or products. Such items shall remain
under Warranty for only the remainder of the Warranty peri-
od of the original material or product.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN,
EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
LAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE AFORESTATED
OBLIGATION ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY GRAYMILLS
CORPORATION AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS SALE.
Graymills warranty obligations and Buyer remedies (except
to title), are solely and exclusively stated herein. In no case
will
Graymills be liable for consequential damages, loss of
production, or any other loss incurred due to interruption of
service.
Graymills’ obligation under this Warranty shall be limited
to:
(a) Repairing or replacing (at Graymills sole discretion)
any non-conforming or defective component within
one year from the date of shipment from
Graymills.
(b) Repairing or replacing (at Graymills sole discretion),
components supplied by, but not manufactured by
Graymills, to the extent of the warranty given by the
original manufacturer.
Buyer must give Graymills prompt notice of any defect or
failure.
If you believe you have a Warranty claim, contact
Graymills
at (773)248-6825. Any returned material must have an RMA
number on the outside of the package and shipped prepaid
or shipment will be refused.
Graymills will promptly exam-
ine the material and determine if it is defective and within
the Warranty period.
Graymills Corporation garantit que l’équipement fabriqué et

cation publiée. Graymills ne garantit pas le rendement du procédé

La garantie ne s’applique pas aux dommages ou aux défauts
causés par l’expédition, la négligence de l’opérateur, la mauvaise
utilisation, l’installation ou l’application inadéquate, l’utilisation
anormale, l’utilisation de pièces ou d’équipement ajoutés qui
endommagent l’unité ou nuisent à son bon fonctionnement, et les
modifications apportées à l’unité : la garantie ne s’applique pas
aux pièces consommables nécessitant un remplacement périodique
résultant d’une usure ou d’un bris normal.
Une nouvelle période de garantie ne pourra être établie pour du
matériel ou des produits réparés ou remplacés. De tels items
demeureront sous garantie pour la période restante de la garantie
originale du matériel ou produit.
LES PRÉSENTES GARANTIES REMPLACENT TOUTES LES
AUTRES GARANTIES QU’ELLES SOIENT ORALES,
ÉCRITES OU EXPRESSES, IMPLICITES OU STATUTAIRES.
GRAYMILLS CORPORATION N’ACCORDE AUCUNE
AUTRE GARANTIE D’AUCUNE SORTE, EXPRESSE OU
IMPLICITE. TOUTES LES GARANTIES IMPLICITES DE
QUALITÉ MARCHANDE ET DE BON ÉTAT POUR UN
USAGE PARTICULIER QUI EXCÈDE L’OBLIGATION
PRÉCITÉE SONT DÉSAVOUÉES PAR GRAYMILLS COR-
PORATION ET EXCLUES DE LA PRÉSENTE VENTE. Les
obligations de garantie de Graymills et les recours des acheteurs
(sauf les titres) sont uniquement et exclusivement cités dans la
présente. En aucun cas Graymills ne pourra être tenu responsable
de dommages consécutifs, de perte de production ou de toute
autre perte découlant d’une interruption de service.
L’obligation de Graymills sous la présente garantie se limitera :
(a) À la réparation ou au remplacement (à la seule discrétion de
Graymills) de toute pièce non conforme ou défectueuse sur
une période d’un an à compter de la date d’expédition de
Graymills.
(b) À la réparation ou au remplacement (à la seule discrétion de
Graymills) de pièces fournies par, mais non fabriquées par
Graymills, selon la garantie accordée par le fabricant origi-
nal.
L’acheteur doit rapidement aviser Graymills de tout défaut ou de
toute panne.
Si vous pensez avoir droit à une réclamation, veuillez communi-
quer avec Graymills en composant le : (773)248-6825. Tout
matériel retourné doit porter un numéro de compte de matériel
réparable à l’extérieur du paquet et doit être expédié franc de port
sans quoi la réception en sera refusée. Graymills examinera rapi-
dement le matériel et déterminera si celui-ci est défectueux et s’il
demeure toujours sous le couvert de la garantie.
