Transfer
Transfer Current KIP Mailbox
When connected to a KIP IPS if a mailbox is selected the user has the
ability to transfer the contents of a mailbox to a desired location.
Empty Current KIP Mailbox
When connected to a KIP IPS if a mailbox is selected the user has the ability to empty the contents
of a mailbox to a desired location.
Upload settings to Printer
When connected to a KIP IPS within KIP Request selecting Upload settings to printer will send over
the Pen tables, Stamps, Requester Names, Job Numbers, Descriptions and Force Size settings. Once
uploaded an administrator can “pull” these settings into the IPS.
Get Problem Files
When connected to a KIP IPS within KIP Request selecting Get Problem files will pull any files that
may have had a problem printing and were moved to the Problem Directory on the D: Drive”
