Media Rollers
The accumulation of paper dust and other debris on the paper transport roller
can cause media-feeding problems.
Tray 1 (Multipurpose Tray) Interior Feed Rollers

Remove all media from Tray 1.

Pull the right-side door
release
, and then open
the right-side door .

While pressing down the media
guide with one hand, clean the
media feed roller by wiping it with a
soft, dry cloth.

Close the media guide.

Close the right door.

Load the media into the tray again.
