This section explains the convenient functions for fax transmission and reception.
9.1
Memory RX (G3/I-FAX)
Received document can be stored to the SSD to be printed as necessary. Printed document is deleted from
SSD.
Document stored to the SSD can be checked on the Memory RX reception file list by selecting [Memory RX]
on [Others] tab. Unnecessary document can also be deleted.

Press home screen ö [Fax] or FAX ö [Others] ö [Memory RX].

To use Memory RX, [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Memory RX] ö [Memory RX] must be set to
[ON]. The password to open the list can also be set.

When the Internet Fax is received, and the received data is not supported, it is discarded and not print-
ed. For details, refer to page 7-5.

The document stored in SSD can also be used from PageScope Web Connection. For details, refer
to page 12-11.

This function cannot be used together with PC-FAX reception, fax forwarding or night reception.

Deletes a document that does not need to be printed.
[Print]
Print the specified document. After the specified document has been printed,
data is deleted automatically.
