Description of reports and lists
This section explains how to print various reports and lists and provides descriptions.
10.1
Types of reports and lists
Reports and lists printed with this machine are as follows.
10.1.1
Reports
There are reports that are printed automatically, reports for which printing method can be specified, and re-
ports that are printed upon requests.
10.1.2
Lists
To print a list, instruct the machine to print as needed.
Report name
Description
[Communication Report]
(G3/I-FAX/PC-FAX)
This report contains the transmission and reception log. The report can con-
tain up to 100 records in total, and in separate pages for transmission log and
reception log.
The Communication Report is printed automatically, allowing you to print
manually.
[TX Result Report]
(G3/I-FAX/PC-FAX)
The result of transmission is printed automatically. Select the print timing
from Always, If TX Fails, or No in [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax
Report] ö [TX Result Report].
[Broadcast Result Re-
port]
(G3/I-FAX/PC-FAX)
This report is printed automatically upon completion of a sequential broad-
cast transmission if [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Report] ö
[Broadcast Report] is set to [ON].
[Reservation TX Report]
(G3/PC-FAX)
This report is printed automatically when a transmission is reserved if [Admin
Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Report] ö [TX Reserve] is set to [ON].
[Broadcast Reservation
Report]
(G3/PC-FAX)
This report is printed automatically when a sequential broadcast transmis-
sion is reserved if [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Report] ö [TX
Reserve] is set to [ON].
[Internet Fax Rx Error Re-
port]
(I-FAX)
This report is printed when an error occurs during reception of Internet Fax if
[Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Report] ö [I-Fax RX Error Report]
is set to [ON].
[PC-Fax TX Error Report]
(PC-FAX)
This report is printed automatically when an error occurs during PC-Fax
transmission if [Admin Settings] ö [Fax Settings] ö [Fax Report] ö [PC-Fax
TX Error Report] is set to [ON].
List name
Description
[Speed Address List]
The details of the address book entries can be printed.
[Group Address List]
The details of the group destination entries can be printed.
[Program List]
The details of the program destination entries can be printed.
[Fax Set UP Information
List]
The details of the fax setting in the Utility mode can be printed.
