4.3.30 [Network] - [SMTP & POP3 Configuration]
Specify the SMTP and POP3 information for sending and receiving E-mail.
Configure the settings and click [Apply] to apply the change.
Item Description
[Enable POP before SMTP] Specify whether to enable or disable POP Before SMTP. To enable
user authentication through POP Before SMTP, you must config-
ure the settings so that access to the mail server through POP is
performed properly.
[SMTP Server Address] Specify the IP address or host name of the SMTP server (using up
to 64 single-byte characters).
[Default Subject for E-mail Attach-
ment] Specify the default subject when scanned data is sent by attaching
it to E-mail (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
[Sender Name] Specify the sender name when scanned data is sent by attaching
it to E-mail (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
