When [SMB] is selected:

[Remote Port Number]

Specify the port number (1 to 65535) of the remote host when you
do not use the proxy server. Normally, use port number 21.

[Enable Notification]

Select this check box to send a E-mail notification when uploading
scan data to the FTP server.

[Notification Address]

Specify the E-mail address of the destination (up to 10 destina-
tions) for sending E-mail notification (using up to 64 single-byte
characters).

[Anonymous]

Select this option when the destination FTP site is an anonymous
FTP server.

[Private Site]

Select this option when the destination FTP site requires user au-
thentication, and specify the following items.
User Name: User name used to log in to the FTP site (using up to
20 single-byte characters).
Password: Password for the user name used to log in to the FTP
site (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
Confirm: Enter the same password for confirmation.

Enter a destination name (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
This is the name to be displayed on the Control Panel.

[Destination Address]

Specify the SMB server, or the computer name or IP address of the
shared computer to send scan data (using up to 64 single-byte
characters).

[Directory]

Specify the SMB server, or the shared folder of the shared compu-
ter to send scan data (using up to 128 single-byte characters).

[Enable Notification]

Select this check box to send a E-mail notification when uploading
scan data to the SMB server or a shared computer.

[Notification Address]

Specify the E-mail address of the destination (up to 10 destina-
tions) for sending E-mail notification (using up to 64 single-byte
characters).

[Anonymous]

Select this option when the destination shared folder does not re-
quire user authentication.

[Private Site]

Select this option when the destination shared folder requires user
authentication, and specify the following items.
User Name: User name used to access to the shared folder (using
up to 20 single-byte characters).
Password: Password for the user name used to access to the
shared folder (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
Confirm: Enter the same password for confirmation.
