4.3.33 [Network] - [LDAP Configuration]
Specify the LDAP information to use the LDAP server for destination search.
Configure the settings and click [Apply] to apply the change.
Item Description
[Server Address] Enter an LDAP server address (using up to 64 single-byte charac-
ters).
[Port Number] Enter the port number used to communicate with the LDAP server
(using a value from 1 to 65535).
[Enable SSL] Specify whether to enable or disable SSL/TLS to communicate
with the LDAP server.
[Search Base] Enter the search start point for LDAP search (using up to 64 single-
byte characters).
[Attribute for Operation Panel] On the Control Panel, enter attributes for executing an LDAP
search (using up to 32 single-byte characters).
[Attribute for Web Tool] In PageScope Web Connection, enter attributes for executing an
LDAP search (using up to 32 single-byte characters).
[Search Method] Specify LDAP search conditions. Select Begin, Contain, or End for
the item of the search base.
[Timeout] Enter the timeout period for LDAP search (5 to 300 seconds).
[Maximum Search Results] Enter the maximum number of items that can be received as LDAP
search results (5 to 100 entries).
[Authentication Method] Select an LDAP authentication method. The required entry items
differ depending on the authentication method. When [Anony-
mous] is selected, you do not need to enter the domain name, login
name, and password.
[LDAP Account] When other than [Anonymous] is selected for authentication meth-
od, enter an LDAP account name (using up to 255 single-byte
characters).
