2.24 E-Mail Setting Function
When access to the machine by the Administrator of the machine through the Administrator Settings is au-
thenticated, the machine enables setting of the SMTP Server (E-Mail Server).
Setting the SMTP Server (E-Mail Server)
<From the Control Panel>
0 For the procedure to call the Network Settings screen on the display, see steps 1 and 2 of page 2-70.
0 Do not leave the machine with the setting screen of Administrator Settings left shown on the display. If
it is absolutely necessary to leave the machine, be sure first to log off from the Administrator Settings.

Call the Network Settings screen on the display from the control panel.

Touch [E-Mail Settings].

Touch [E-Mail TX (SMTP)].

Make the necessary settings.

Touch [OK].

Start PageScope Web Connection and access the Admin Mode.

Select [E-mail Setting] from the pull-down menu of Network and click [Display].

Click [E-mail TX (SMTP)] from the [E-mail Setting] menu.

Make the necessary settings.

Click [OK].
