Editing a speed dial number
1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Speed Dial”.
2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the speed dial number to be edited.
❍ If a programmed speed dial number is selected, the information can be
changed.

Detail
When editing the information, the “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste” and “Delete”
commands on the “Edit” menu can be selected.
Programming a group dial number
1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Group”.
2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the group dial number to be
programmed.
❍ A maximum of 27 group dial numbers can be programmed.
