Printing the list of one-touch dial, speed dial and group dial numbers
1 On the “File” menu, click “Print”.
The following dialog box appears.
2 Select the check box for the items to be printed, and then click the [OK] button.
Saving settings to a computer
1 Click to send the settings to the machine.
❍ The settings can also be saved by clicking “Save As” on the “File” menu.
2 Specify the folder where the file is to be saved, and then type in the name of the
file.
3 Click the [Save] button.
Saving settings to a fax machine

The settings can also be saved to the machine by clicking “Upload” on the “Ma-
chine” menu.
