Scanner Settings
Specify the Web Service settings related to scanning. Settings can be spec-
ified for the following.

Touch [5 Network Setting] in the Administrator Settings screen.
– For details on displaying the Administrator Settings screen, refer to
“Displaying the Administrator Settings screen” on page 3-7.

Touch [Fwd. →] in the Network Settings screen, and then touch [4 Web
Service Settings].

Touch [3 Scanner Settings].
Parameter Description
Scanner Name Specify the name of the scanner (up to 63 characters).
Scanner Location Specify the setup location of the scanner (up to 63 characters).
Scanner Information Type in information for the scanner (up to 63 characters).
Connection Timeout Specify the length of time until the connection between this ma-
chine and the computer times out. (Range: 30 to 300 seconds)
