Do not expose the humidifier to extreme heat or cold or
to direct sunlight.

The humidifier is only intended for household use.
Never tilt, move or attempt to empty the humidifier while it is
operating.
Unplug the humidifier after use.
Never cover the humidifier with a towel or blanket.

preparing for use
1 When you use the humidifier for the first time, place it together with
the hygrometer/thermometer set in the room where it is going to be
used half an hour before you switch it on.
 Place the humidifier on a smooth, flat and stable surface.
Make sure the water basin is clean and free of foreign objects.
The recommended room temperature for babies is between 16 and
20ºC with a relative humidity between 40 and 60%.
 Check the air humidity on the hygrometer supplied. If the humidity
level drops below 40%, follow the instructions in chapter ‘Using the
appliance’.

1 Make sure that the humidifier is disconnected from the mains and
that the on/off knob is set to ‘off’.
 Remove the tank cover from the water tank.
 Use the handle of the water tank to lift it vertically off the base in a
straight line.
