2 Windshield Light Mount System - Kit 87024
Prepare Windshield Light Mount System
1. Remove Factory Bolts
a. Using a T40 bit, remove five factory windshield
mounting bolts from each Dvr. & Psg. sides of
the windshild support brackets.
b. Place a few strips of masking tape as a bearier
onto factory windshield support brackets.
Remove Factory
Torques Bolts Windshield Support
Bracket
Place Masking
tape on Bracket
Windshield Support
Bracket
Prepare to Install Kit
Windshield Light Mount System Install
1. Install Kit windshield Support Bracket.
a. Install five factory bolts into each Dvr. & Psg.
side kit windshield light mount brackets.
(Note: Do NOT tighten factory bolts at this time.)
b. Install kit center light bracket using three kit
3/8” botton head bolts, flange nuts &
washers on each Dvr. & Psg. sides.
(Note: Align & Tighten all factory and kit
supplied hardware at this time.)
