Capacities
Raising the platform above the stowed position with or with-
out any load on the platform, is based on the following crite-
ria:
1. Machine is level and positioned on a firm supporting
surface.
2. Load is within manufacturer’s rated capacity.
3. All machine systems are functioning properly.
