Adding Events to 2N Attendance System

®

User attendance can be added as follows:

Automatically

The user swipes its access card against an intercom upon arrival (the event is added in
orange) and once again before departure (the event extends and turns

If the Check-In

Check-Out mode is used, the devices differentiate between

If the two modes are enabled at the same time, the devices of all the above
types are used simultaneously. This configuration is not recommended.
Therefore, the first two modes are discussed below.

Check-In or Check-Out

In this mode, all the devices differentiate between arrivals and departures. The
resultant attendance obeys the following rules:
