Manually
The system administrator adds an event manually either by double-clicking the event
beginning or clicking for adding. The so-added event is marked

If the administrator adds an event, the following window will open:

The dialogue includes the following parameters:
Subject – set the subject of the event to be displayed in the attendance system:
seeing a doctor, e.g.
Description – provide details on the event to be added.
Start time – set the event start time if the
checkbox is
All day event
unselected.
End time – set the event end time
.
if the All day event checkbox is unselected
All day event – select the checkbox to add an event covering the whole
period.
