Important: Always read and follow the operating instructions.

207. Continue to rotate the tire

and add the liquid rubber lubricant
into the tire rim intersection.
Continue to apply downward force
to the bead. The roller is used to
push the bead down until it pops
over its own ledge an into the rims
drop center portion.

208. Note that the bead has

been forced over its ledge and is in
the rim drop center.

209. Initial support ring loosen-

ing helps in top bead removal.
Place the tapered roller into the
holder and position against the
support ring. Push the tire toward
the roller system to observe the
support ring.

210. Apply medium downward

force against the support ring and
rotate the wheel one complete rev-
olution. At this time pick a 45 to 90-
degrees segment of the tire and
rotate the rim forward and back-
ward; applying more force each
time. After several back and forth
operations, the retaining clips of
the support ring will disengage the
rim. Once one area of the support
ring has disengaged, continue with
the process until the rim is com-
pletely disengaged from the rim.
Force the ring 1/2 to 1-inch toward
the front side of the tire.

211. Flip the wheel and tire

assembly over and tighten the hub
nut.

212. Rotate the upper arm roller

device over the tire and wheel and
place the edge of the large roller at
the intersection of the tire and
wheel. Start rotating the wheel
and apply a small amount of down
force to the roller to loosen the
bead from the tire and create a
small gap for the rubber lubricant
application. Make one complete
revolution.

213. Continue to rotate the

tire/wheel and apply a liquid rubber
lubricant into the tire rim intersec-
tion. Do this for one complete rev-
olution. Make sure the rubber
lubricant is in the groove all the
way around the tire.
