The TreadClimber

®

Body Leanness Program

This program is scientifically designed for

maximum fat loss over six weeks. It is important

that you practice every aspect of the plan to

achieve optimum results.
The program separates into three two-week

stages. During each stage you will exercise,

control the number and quality of calories you

consume and drink plenty of ice-cold water.
Before starting the exercise routine, you must be

familiar with your TreadClimber

®

machine. You

should experiment with finding the proper amount

of resistance and speed to use during your

workouts to remain in your target fat-burning heart-

rate zone.
