Test Table

The test table is the flat surface below the lower crosshead. Optional mounting fixtures and platens to
accommodate the various sizes and shapes of specimens can be positioned in the center hole of the table
to hold or position a specimen for a compression test. If you need additional mounting fixtures, see the
accessories manual.

Test Area Guard and Steps (Optional)

The optional test area guard, or enclosure, is used to avoid projectile hazards, and the steps are used to
facilitate safe system operation.
