Zweireihige Oberflächen-Streuung
• Prinzip
Dient zur präzisen Ausbringung des Granulats in zwei
getrennten Reihen.
• Einbau
Für den Einbau dieser Ausrüstung ist es erforderlich,
den Platz der Öffnungsschieber zu verändern:
Den Streuteller ausbauen, wobei die zentralen
Schrauben und die Wurfschaufeln abzuschrauben
sind.
Die Position der Mengenöffnung mit einer halben
Drehung nach hinten verändern.
RV 300 - RV 400
a) Splint des Schwingarms lösen,
b) Stift herausnehmen,
c) mit dem Schieber eine halbe Drehung des
Trichterbodens durchführen,
d) Schwingarm mit der Halterung des
Verteilerbodens versplinten,
e) Schieber mit dem Stift so an der Halterung
befestigen, daß der Verteilerboden geschlossen
ist; Einstellhebel in Hochstellung.
RV 500
a) Splint des Schwingarms lösen,
b) eine halbe Drehung des Bodens durchführen,
c) an der neuen Halterung des Verteilerbodens
befestigen.
Abscheider am Trichter befestigen und die beiden
Auslaufrohre anbringen.
Double-row surface localiser
• Principle
Allows the product to be spread in two distinct rows, in
order to localise treatment.
• Mounting
The installation of this equipment necessarily implies
changing the location of the outlet shutters:
Dismantle the spreading disc whilst simultaneously
loosening the central screws and blades.
Shift the outlet openings' position back half a turn.
RV 300 - RV 400
a) Remove the pins from the rod,
b) remove the axle,
c) turn the hopper base and outlet shutter back half
a turn,
d) pin the rod to the bracket of the spreading base,
e) fix the shutter to the support with the axle, so that
the spreading base is closed when the lever is
raised.
RV 500
a) Remove the pin from the control rod,
b) turn the base back half a turn,
c) fix it to the new bracket of the spreading base.
Install the deflector by fixing it to the hopper. Install
the plastic descent tubes.
Localisateur de surface deux rangs
• Principe
Permet l’épandage du produit sur deux rangs distincts
de façon à le localiser.
• Montage
Il est nécessaire pour cet équipement de changer
l’emplacement des trappes d’ouverture :
Démonter le disque d’épandage en dévissant à la
fois les vis centrales et les pales.
Déplacer d’un demi vers l’arrière la position des
ouvertures de débit.
RV 300 - RV 400
a) déclaveter la biellette,
b) retirer l’axe,
c) tourner d’un demi tour le fond de trémie avec la
trappe,
d) claveter la biellette à la patte du fond de
distribution,
e) fixer la trappe sur le support avec l’axe de
manière que le fond de distribution soit fermé,
levier de réglage en position haute.
RV 500
a) déclaveter la biellette de commande,
b) tourner d’un demi tour le fond,
c) fixer à la nouvelle patte du fond de distribution.
Mettre en place le déflecteur en le fixant sur la
trémie. Fixer les deux tuyaux de descente.
