Roues de réappui (40mm)
a) Régler votre profondeur de travail avec les roues en
position flottante. (Axe
en position haute).
Le semoir doit être en position horizontale, et bien
respecter la hauteur de la ligne de semis.
(325mm, voir page 18/19)
b) Après avoir déterminé votre bon réglage de terrage,
appuyer légèrement sur la roue et mettre l’axe
au
réglage correspondant.
Dans la majorité des cas la position est identique entre la
rangée avant et arrière.
Dans les cas moins favorables (combiné herse + semoir
non d’aplomb par exemple), il est possible d’avoir une
différence de position entre la rangée avant et arrière.
Vérifier le résultat obtenu en profondeur après quelques
dizaines de mètres.
C) La roulette peut être mise dans trois positions.
- Axe utilisé en butée haute
(à favoriser en condition pierreuse)
- Axe utilisé en blocage
(utilisation en sol très homogène)
- Axe utilisé en butée basse
(suppression de la fonction appui en condition
trop collante)

EMARQUE
:
• Vérifier dans la première utilisation que la roue est bien
dans l’axe de la ligne de semis (réglage possible avec
la vis
).
• Vérifier le serrage de toute les vis après les premières
utilisations.
• Si vous n’avez pas assez de positions de réglage avec
l’axe
, il est possible de changer les pré-réglages
de l’axe de roue.

Packer wheels (40 mm)
a) Adjust the working depth with the wheels in the floating
position (Pin
in the top position).
The drill must be positioned horizontally and be set to the
row height (325 mm, see pages 18/19)
b) Once you have decided the correct depth setting, gently
press the wheel down and fit the pin
in the appropriate
position.
In most cases, the position is the same between the
forward row and the rear row.
In less favourable circumstances (e.g. when the combined
harrow and seed drill are out of line), the position of the
forward row and the rear row may not match.
Check the performance of the depth setting after a few
dozen metres or so.
C) The wheel can be set in three positions.
- The pin acts as an upward thrust limiter
(best for use on rocky ground)
- The pin acts as a locking mechanism
(for use on uniform soil)
- The pin acts as a downward thrust limiter
(cancels packing action when conditions are too
sticky)
NB:
• At the start of the operation, check that the wheel is
lined up properly along the row (use the adjustment
screw
to alter the position if necessary).
• Check the torque of all the screws after the first few
times the wheel has been used.
• The preset position
of the wheel pin can be altered
if pin
does not provide enough positions.
Saatandrückräder (40mm)
a) Ablagetiefe mit den Rädern in loser Stellung einstellen.

Die Drillmaschine muss sich in horizontaler Position

b) Nach Bestimmung des richtigen Ablagedrucks, Rad leicht
andrücken und Achse
in die entsprechende Einstellung
bringen.
In den meisten Fällen ist die Position der vorderen und
hinteren Reihe gleich.
In weniger günstigen Fällen (nicht senkrechte Eggen-
Drillkombination z. B.) kann die Position der hinteren und
vorderen Reihe verschieden sein.
Erhaltene Tiefe nach einigen Metern prüfen.
C) Für das Abstellrad gibt es drei Positionen.
- Am oberen Anschlag
eingesetzte Achse
(zu bevorzugen bei steinigen Bodenverhältnissen)
- bei Blockierung
eingesetzte Achse
(Einsatz bei sehr gleichmäßigen Bodenverhältnissen)
- Am unteren Anschlag
eingesetzte Achse
(Einstellen der Stützfunktion bei stark haftenden
Bodenverhältnissen)

NMERKUNG
:
• Bei der ersten Verwendung sichergehen, dass sich das
Saatandrückrad in der Achse der Saatlinie befindet
(Einstellung möglich mit Schraube
).
• Nach den ersten Arbeitsstunden sicherstellen, dass alle
Schrauben gut angezogen sind.
• Wenn Sie an Achse
nicht genügend
Einstellpositionen haben, können Sie die
Voreinstellungen
der Radachse verändern.
