3.

Make sure that the electrical outlet is working
properly. To do this, plug a different electronic device
into the outlet and try to power it on.

Make sure that you are using the AC adapter
provided with the extender.

Computers are unable to access
the Internet.

correctly and are firmly in place.

3.

Power off and power on your modem/ router,
extender, and computer.

4.

Make sure the computer) is connected to the
extender physically or wirelessly.

5.

Verify the strength of the signal by checking the

may not connected to the router, or the extender
may not be within range of the router.

6.

Make sure clients have the correct Network Name
and password settings.

7.

If the extender is in wireless range extender mode,
make sure you do not have a cable connecting the

on to resume operation.

1.

Ensure that the Extender is powered on.

2.

Check the frequency selection switch to determine
the frequency at which the extender is operating.

3.

Check to see whether the client is operating at the
same frequency. For example, if you are trying to
connect a smart phone which supports only 2.4
Ghz, but the extender is in 5 Ghz mode, the smart
phone will not be able to see the extender.
