Mount Small Seeds Box
Refer to Figure 6
19. Select the box assembly
, which is one of:
123-502L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 7’-7
123-503L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 7’-7.5&8
123-504L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 7’-10
123-505L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 10’-7
123-506L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 10’-7.5
123-507L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 10’-8
123-508L EWNT SGS BOX ASSY 10’-10
At least two people are needed to mount this.
20. Select two:
123-359D SGS BACKING PLATE
and four sets of:
802-159C HHCS 5/16-18X1 GR5
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
21. Loosely attach the outside ends of the Small Seeds
box to the main seed box with the 1in bolts .
Use a backing plate under the lock washer
and nut inside the main seed box.
22. Select two more:
123-359D SGS BACKING PLATE
and four sets of:
802-190C HHCS 5/16-18X3 1/2 GR5 FTHD
123-358D 10’ EWNT SGS SPACER
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
23. Insert the bolts through the backing plates
from the inside of the main seed box, then through
the spacers
and into the Small Seeds box .
Secure with lock washers and nuts .
24. Tighten all mounting fasteners to torque specifica-
tions.
