Front Drive, Left Section
Refer to Figure 19
52. Select one each new:
195-269H 40’-3S FERT DRIVE WELDMENT RH
802-034C HHCS 1/2-13X1 1/4 GR5
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
53. Position the weldment at the front right corner
of the mainframe. Align the right edge of the
weldment against the frame side rail, and position
the front right base hole over the hole
in the
frame web.
Insert a bolt through rear hole of the
weldment base and frame gusset . Loosely
secure with a lock washer and nut .
54. Select one each new:
133-324K SML SDS ON FERT JS MNT ASY
four each new:
804-113C WASHER FLAT 1/2 USS HARD PLT
and three sets new of:
802-034C HHCS 1/2-13X1 1/4 GR5
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
55. Position the Small Seeds drive on top of the
fertilizer weldment and secure with bolts ,
flat washers , lock washers and nuts .
The front left bolt in the slotted hole takes two flat
washers
, one under bolt head and one above
lock washer.
Refer to Figure 20 (drive shown without drill frame)
56. Select one new:
822-119C BRG 7/8HEXX2.05OD SPH
and two sets new:
822-032C FLANGETTE 52 MST
802-282C RHSNB 5/16-18X1 GR5
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
57. At the installed Small Seeds drive, sandwich the
bearing between the flangettes , and mount
the assembly at the forward open flangette hole
of the fertilizer weldment
. Mount from the left
(outside the drive), with the bolts inserted from
the right. Secure with lock washers and
nuts .
