5. Select Analysis > Internal Std. and Std Protein Calibration Curve. The Internal Std.
and Std Protein Calibration Curve window appears.
6. Next to Standard Protein Molecular Weight (Figure 3.4), enter 160 (the region in
which the software searches for a peak). Click Apply to update the calculation.

7. The calibration curve appears and displays the statistical relevance of the regression.
Evaluate the R Square value; it should be 0.97. £
