Possible Causes for Connection Failures

A firewall on the ChromLab
computer
is turned on and does not allow the
ChromLab
programs and services to
run.
1.
Check your firewall configuration
and ensure that the required
ChromLab programs and services
are allowed to run.

On ChromLab Touch click Retry.

After the connection on the
instrument is successful, on the
ChromLab computer click Retry.
