Troubleshooting Network Connection Issues
This section explains what to do if ChromLab is unable to connect to the NGC
instrument because the IP address of the instrument has changed.
Locating the IP Address of the NGC Instrument
The IP address of the NGC instrument is available on the initial connection screen
as well as in the System Information dialog box.
IP Address on the ChromLab Connection Screen
When you first start the ChromLab instrument, the following dialog box appears:
