You can use the BLF List feature to monitor a list of users defined by your system
administrator. For example, your system administrator enables BLF List, and creates a
BLF List URI (e.g., [email protected]) including a list of user1, user2 and user3 on the
server. You can configure BLF List keys on the phone to monitor the status changes of
user1, user2 and user3. When the monitored users are in use and busy, the DSS key
illuminates solid green.

The status of the monitored users will be displayed on the BLF List key as follows:

: The monitored user does not exist.

: The monitored user is idle. Tap the BLF List key to call the

monitored user.

: The monitored user is ringing. Tap the BLF List key to pick up

the call directly.

: The monitored user is during a call.

To configure the BLF List settings via web user interface:

1. Click on Account.

2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.

3. Click on Advanced.

4. Enter the BLF List URI in the BLF List URI field.

5. (Optional.) Enter the BLF pickup code in the BLF List Code field.

6. Click Confirm to accept the change.

Note

To configure BLF List keys via phone user interface:

1. Tap .

2. Tap the desired DSS key for one second.

3. Tap the pull-down list of Type and then select BLF List.

For more information on the BLF List pickup feature, contact your system

administrator.

You can configure the BLF List settings via web user interface only.
