Intercom

You can enable or disable the phone to automatically answer an incoming intercom call.
If Intercom is enabled, the phone automatically answers an incoming intercom call. If
Intercom is disabled, the phone rejects incoming intercom calls and sends a busy signal
to the caller. Intercom is enabled by default.

Note

Intercom Mute

You can mute or un-mute the microphone on the phone for intercom calls automatically.
If Intercom Mute is enabled, the microphone is muted for intercom calls. If Intercom
Mute is disabled, the microphone is un-muted for incoming calls. Intercom Mute is
disabled by default.

Intercom Tone

You can enable or disable the phone to play a warning tone when receiving an
intercom call. If Intercom Tone is enabled, the phone plays a warning tone to alert you
before answering the intercom call. If Intercom Tone is disabled, the phone
automatically answers the intercom call without warning. Intercom Tone is enabled by
default.

Intercom Barge

You can enable or disable the phone to automatically answer an incoming intercom call
while there is already an active call on the phone. If Intercom Barge is enabled, the
phone automatically answers the intercom call when there is already an active call,
and places the active call on hold. If there is already an intercom call, the phone
automatically rejects the incoming intercom call and returns busy tone. If Intercom
Barge is disabled, the phone handles an incoming intercom call like a waiting call.
Intercom Barge is disabled by default.

The VP530 IP video phone supports to the TV output. You can configure the phone to
automatically output the video on TV for all video calls, or manually tap to output
the video on TV during a video call. If you want to switch the video from TV to the LCD
screen, you can tap the screen or press any key except *, #, Mute, Camera Switch and
Left/Right navigation keys.

To configure the TV output via phone user interface:

1. Tap ->Call Feature->Others->TV Output.

2. Tap in the TV Output field.

3. Tap the pull-down list of Output Mode and then select Auto or Manual.

Your administrator can set a time period delay before the phone automatically answers.
