9 Removing the Palm Rest

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 17.
2 Remove the keyboard. See "Removing the Keyboard" on page 21.
Procedure
1 Close the display and turn the computer over.
2 Remove the screws that secure the palm rest to the computer base.
