19. Click Close.

If you have a PowerVault 120T DLT1 Tape Autoloader, you must follow the steps in the
next section to install the driver for the PowerVault 1110T DLT1 tape drive.

Installing Driver for the PowerVault 110T LTO and 110T

DLT1 Tape Drives

To install drivers for the PowerVault 110T LTO tape drive or PowerVault 110T DLT1 tape
drives, perform the following steps.

NOTE: The procedure for installing the PowerVault tape devices are identical except
for the name of the driver files. Select the appropriate driver for your tape hardware.

1.

Connect the Dell PowerVault tape device and restart the system.

2.

Connect to the NAS Manager.

3.

Click Maintenance and then click Terminal Service Advanced Client.

4.

On the Advanced Administration Menu, click Computer Management.

5.

Click Computer Management in the left pane.

6.

Click System Tools in the left pane.

7.

Click Device Manager in the left pane.

8.

Click Unknown Devices in the right pane.

9.

Double-click Unknown Tape Device.

10. Click Driver in the pop-up window.

11. Click Update Driver.

The Upgrade Device Driver Wizard displays.

12. Click Next.

13. Click the radio button next to Search for a suitable driver for my device (rec-

ommended) and then click Next.

14. In Optional search locations, click the checkbox for Specify a location.

Deselect the other checkboxes.

15. Click Next.

The Properties dialog box displays.

16. Specify the folder name that contains the device drivers in the path for Copy

manufacturer's files from.
