Playing MDs
Playing Tracks Repeatedly
You can play tracks repeatedly in any play mode.

Press REPEAT while playing an MD.
“REPEAT" appears in the display. The recorder
repeats the tracks as follows:
When the MD is played in The recorder repeats
Continuous play (page 12) All the tracks
Shuffle play (this page) All the tracks in rantiom order
Program play (page 16) The same pn^gram
To cancel repeat play
lYcss REPEAT several times until "REPEAT" disappears.
The recorder returns to the original playing mode.
Playing in Random Order
(Shuffle Play)
You can have the recorder “shuffle" tracks and play
them in random order.

1 Press PLAY MODE repeatedly (or SHUFFLE once)
until "SHUFFLE" appiears in the display.
2 Press O to start Shuffle Play.
"i-i" appears in the disp>lay while the recorder is
“shulfling“ the tracks.
Repeating the current track
While the track you want to repieat is playing in
continuous play, press REPEAT several times until
"REPEAT 1" appears in the display.
To cancel Shuffle Play
Press PLAY .VIODl; repe<itedl\’ (or CO.M'I'INLIE once) until
“SHUFELL" disappears.
'Q' You can specify tracks during Shuffle Play
• To play the next track, turn AVIS clockwise (or press
►►t).
• To play from the hi-ginning ot the current track again,
turn .AMS counterclockwise (or press ). You cannot
use AMS (or ) № go to tracks that have already
been played.
