2 Release button
Removing
X Second-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
forward (
Y page 104).
X Third-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
forward (
Y page 235).
X Pull head restraint 1 to its uppermost
position.
X Press release button 2 and pull out head
restraint 1 .
X Second-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
rearward until it engages.
X Third-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
rearward (
Y page 235).
Installing
X Second-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
forward (
Y page 104).
X Third-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
forward (
Y page 235).
X Insert head restraint 1 into openings on
the seat backrest.
X Push head restraint 1 down until it audibly
engages.
X Push release button 2 and adjust head
restraint 1 to the desired position

X Second-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
rearward until it engages.
X Third-row seat: Fold the seat backrest
rearward (
Y page 235).
Multicontour seat
The multicontour seat has a movable seat
cushion and inflatable air cushions built into
the seat backrest to provide additional
lumbar and side support.

X Switch on the ignition.
X Seat cushion depth: Adjust the seat
cushion depth to the length of your upper
leg using switch

X Seat backrest contour: Adjust the
contour of the seat backrest to the desired
