Review a 12-lead report
A. Patient information appears if patient is confirmed in the Acuity System. This data includes
extended demographics such as date of birth, height, weight, gender, ethnicity, and other
measurements.
B. Print information. This data includes when the report was printed, clinician and physician
information, and a list of medications the patient may be taking. A comment field is also available.
C. Interpretation information. This field displays the information generated by the Welch Allyn 1500
Patient Monitor regarding the analysis of the 12-lead report.
