high) The patient's RR is too high for
accurate measurement. Check the patient.
Electrical interferences from
other devices. Remove source of the interference.

electrode contact. Check and reapply/replace electrodes if
required.
RR lead off Electrode loose/defective. Check and reapply/replace electrodes.
RR artifact Patient has moved. Calm the patient.
Interferences by other devices. Remove source of the interference.
Bad electrode. Check/replace electrodes.
