Deleting an Automatic Phrase Insertion
Stop Position

Recall the form

Auto insert the form
3
Press PRINT until you pass the stop position to be deleted
4
Press CODE + REVERSE INDEX ( f ) to return to the stop
position to be deleted
5
Press TAB CLR to delete the position

Editing Prompts
To edit the prompt, the tab stop must be deleted and then reset

Delete the tab stop with the incorrect prompt (Press TAB
CLR)

Press TAB SET
You can reset the tab in the same position, if desired
Your screen will prompt:
STOP POSITION
Prompt [| ]
Enter message you want to see when printing
RETURN/RELOC to Enter or ESC

Type the new message

Press RETURN
5
Press MAIN MENU to exit the form
