Conserving power

The unit consumes power even when it is turned off with [POWER tlJ/l]. To

save power when the unit is not to be used for a long time, unplug it from
the household AC outlet. Remember to reset the radio stations and any
other memory items before using the unit again.

Australia, N.Z. and China: 0.6 W
Others: 0.8 W

For your reference

Information you enter into the unit’s memory, except for time, remains in­

tact for up to a week after the AC power supply cord is disconnected.

If the power supply in your area is 115 V or 120 V, please set the voltage

selector as follows.

Note that the unit will be seriously damaged or fail to operate correctly if

this setting is not made correctly.
